Returns and cancellation
These pictures are ready-made stock items, not custom-made products. A distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or transaction details document, whichever is later.
To cancel, email il3dpaint@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can identify the purchase. Other statutory cancellation methods remain available. You do not have to explain a change of mind.
For a change-of-mind cancellation, a fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply. Return transport is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are made within 14 days of the cancellation notice, in accordance with law.
No cancellation fee applies for a defect, mismatch, late delivery or another breach by the seller. Make the product available where it was delivered; the seller will arrange collection.
People with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants as defined by law may have a four-month cancellation period where the transaction included a conversation with the business, including electronic communication, and statutory conditions are met.
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under Israeli law. Please coordinate the return to protect the picture during transport.
